It has over 17,000 members in 95 countries. Wendy is certified by the organization as a Professional Certified Coach by ICF, which represents over 750 hours of client coaching experience. Wendy is also a volunteer mediator for the Mediation Resolution Panel of the ICF Ethics Review Process.”

The Society for Neuroscience (SFN) is the largest neuroscientific organization in the world. Its mission is to advance the understanding of the brain and the nervous system. Members must be nominated to join SFN.
The mission of the Conflict Resolution Center of Montgomery County (CRCMC) is to promote and provide collaborative problem solving processes throughout Montgomery County, Maryland. Wendy was a founding and current board member of this organization.

The NeuroLeadership Institute helps understand human brain functions at individual, team and systemic levels. The term Neuroleadership was coined by author and coach David Rock in 2006.
